Safety Orientation just got easier

To our valued Trade Partners,

Providing effective, concise, and thoughtful safety information to everyone before they start work at a Flintco jobsite is critically important to us. It’s our first opportunity to start our safety journey together united as one team. That’s why we are so excited to introduce our new Flintco Trade Partner Portal (TPP) and annual Safety Orientation. The change simplifies our orientation process while making it more efficient for our partners so we can all focus on what matters most – the safety of everyone in our care.

Moving forward, all trade partner employees are required to complete the Flintco annual Safety Orientation, which grants them access to work on any Flintco project for one year. The annual Flintco Safety Orientation explains our requirements and expectations regarding safe work practices. The Flintco Safety Orientation must be renewed each year. Completing the annual Safety Orientation with electronic verification by a Flintco supervisor, and attendance at a brief site-specific meeting is mandatory before beginning work on any Flintco project. Individual certifications and training documents must be uploaded on the TPP prior to arriving at any Flintco jobsite before starting the first day of work.
