Fort Bend County - Levee Improvement District 2 - 3rd Storm Water Pump Station

The Fort Bend County LID#2 Storm Water Pump Station is a project designed to control the flooding that the Sugarland Texas area has experienced. The project consists of (7) Vertical Pumps designed to remove 1.3 million gallons per minute with a Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring System, (28) Generators to provide 4160V secondary power to the pump station for plant reliability. Construction includes inlet structure with 37’ concrete sidewalls and a total of 14,000 cubic yards of concrete. It also provides installation of (2) 38Kv Transformers/Breakers and 4160V/440V Switchgear and Controls System Integration. Additionally, Flintco Industrial is a self-performing installation of the Structural Steel, Equipment including Vertical Pumps, Bar Screens, Slide Gates, and Process Piping.
