Bryan Bova
Support / Arkansas
Flintco Role: Project Manager
Role at Bridge Site: Support Member
Born in the suburbs of Chicago, IL, Bryan and his family (mom, dad, and younger brother) moved multiple times before finally landing in Northwest Arkansas. Bryan started playing sports at a young age, beginning with soccer, and eventually just football from fifth grade through college. After sustaining an injury in football, Bryan switched gears and moved to Las Vegas, NV to work in the fitness industry. He later took a job with a subcontracting company, which sparked him to pursue a career in the construction industry.
Bryan eventually moved back to Northwest Arkansas to finish his degree at John Brown University (JBU) in Construction Management. During his time at JBU, Bryan received an internship with Flintco which led to a full-time position with the company upon graduation. Bryan met his wife Katie in 2014, and the couple married in the summer of 2016. Bryan and Katie welcomed their first child into the world in 2020.
Bryan’s passions are his faith, family, friends, and cigars. He is an active member at his local church and volunteers as much as possible with other charities in the community. His faith led him on a construction mission trip to Oropoli, Honduras to install a new roof on the home of two pastors. Bryan’s willingness to perform work outside of his typical comfort zone to get a job done, along with the knowledge and teamwork that playing football and other outdoor experiences have taught him, will be invaluable to the team during the bridge build.
He believes that life comes down to relationships. First and foremost being his relationship with his Lord and Savior, and second with the people around him daily. Bryan is honored to be able to make a positive impact to the village of Mucyabahinja, Rwanda in East-central Africa and learn their culture.
