Completing one of the first expansions at Razorback Stadium in 1951 left a “hoofprint” on our heart at Flintco. That opportunity so many years ago started our Build Arkansas 51 journey, which we are so excited to share with you! We’re celebrating the place we call home. The relationships that keep us strong. Our families, friends and neighbors and our Flintco community. The shared experiences that make our lives richer. Nature and Art which bring us together. And our clients and partners who continue to place their trust in Flintco and our unwavering pursuit of the perfect construction experience.
Flintco is accessible – top to bottom. They are genuine and people of character who want to partner not for one project, but to build a relationship with us and the community for a lifetime.

University of Arkansas Original Stadium Expansion - The Beginning
Flintco completed our first Arkansas project in 1951 with the expansion of the Razorback Football Stadium, which added 2,700 seats, increasing stadium capacity to 21,200 at the University of Arkansas. Today, the renamed Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium holds 76,212 fans.
21c Museum Hotel - The Growth of Downtown Bentonville
The 21c Museum Hotel is woven into the fabric of downtown Bentonville. The 21c was the first of many Flintco projects that create the charm of the Bentonville square. The hotel continues to play a pivotal role in the burgeoning arts and tourism industry of Northwest Arkansas featuring rotating exhibits and dynamic installations that include live art events. The restaurant at 21c called The Hive, supports sustainable agriculture serving contemporary cuisine showcasing locally grown and produced ingredients.
Fred W. Smith Football Center
Flintco loves to call the HOGS! For two exciting seasons, Flintco worked side-by-side with energetic fans, players and coaches during construction of the Fred W. Smith football operations center for the state’s beloved team – The Arkansas Razorbacks. Being part of the Razorbacks’ ascension in the world of college sports with the addition of the advanced football operations center continues to be a highlight for sports-loving fans at Flintco.
Bentonville West High School
Flintco remains central to the expansion of K-12 schools in Northwest Arkansas as population in the area continues to soar. We appreciate the pursuit of continuous improvement shown by our local school districts – a mindset that is also at the core of our company Ethos: There is no finish line. Local Flintco teams are proud to work alongside area educators to support their mission of educating our children who represent the next generation of leaders and innovators.
North Elevator Tower, CBMAA
Nestled close to the existing museum, the thoughtful design and careful installation of the north elevator tower at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art suggests it was always part of the original museum building. Designed by world-renowned architect, Moshe Safdie, Flintco self-performed the earthwork at the Crystal Bridges site: precise chiseling of the rock foundation a mere 30 yards from priceless art without disruption to daily operations or impact to the nearby art installations.
The Momentary
Flintco was selected to work alongside Wheeler Kearns Architects of Chicago to deliver this one-of-a-kind, adaptive reuse project turning a decommissioned 63,000 SF Kraft Foods plant into a multi-disciplinary space for visual and performing arts, culinary experiences, festivals, and artist residencies. The Momentary is a must see for visitors to the area. Our previous work at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art North Elevator Tower led to our selection as general contractor for this amazing project. Visit the Momentary for more information.
Oaklawn Racing & Gaming
Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort is an American thoroughbred racetrack and casino and home to The Racing Festival of the South. The facility opened in 1905 – three years before Flintco started operations in 1908. Flintco was selected for the Oaklawn casino expansion and hotel addition because of our previous record of service at Oaklawn and our deep Arkansas roots. Once the expansion is complete in early 2021, more Arkansans and guests can stay on property, enjoy additional gaming and upscale cuisine while creating more exciting memories for decades to come!
